/libraries/phpinputfilter/inputfilter.php
var $tagBlacklist = array();
var $attrBlacklist = array();

ENGLISH:
Html joomla code that you put through editors are passed through filters where there are transformed, replace or else. (ie, the tag "embed" is filtered). So, to find out this problem, go the file
/libraries/phpinputfilter/inputfilter.php
and remove in the line
var $tagBlacklist = array('applet', 'body', 'bgsound', 'base', 'basefont', 'embed', 'frame', 'frameset', 'head', 'html', 'id', 'iframe', 'ilayer', 'layer', 'link', 'meta', 'name', 'object', 'script', 'style', 'title', 'xml');
the tags you want to use. The same theory for html attributes:
var $attrBlacklist = array();//'action', 'background', 'codebase', 'dynsrc', 'lowsrc'); // also will strip ALL event handlers
One this last example, the array is now empty so all the attributs are functionals!
Noticed: Components in Joomla could have their own fitlering process (ie: virtuemart). In this case, one has to find the php file that is concerned.

Virtuemart 403 error on Checkout Process
Hi,
we are using VM 1.1.3 and we put a item menu that has "Special" level rights. This item menu is connected to virtuemart. In spite of this item menu, when we then try to checkout, an 403 errors occurs.
Therefore, to figure out that problem, we just had to set "Registered" level to the item menu and then, it's alright.
